Our staff is available to support the customer's needs via a toll-free number. This service is free for 90 days after first installation, and available by contract thereafter.
Factory Systems can program their equipment to interface with virtually any electronic device. Custom programming can also simplify the use of the system.
Factory Systems provides fixtures and control panels to further simplify operation. Common tasks are reduced to single pushbuttons.
On-site training is available with the initial installation. More advanced training, as well as courses for new users are available, both on-site, and at our facility in South Carolina.
