With FS.net reports you can analyze your data ad infinitum.  With 5 different Report Template types, we offer a customized view to take the work out of processing your data and getting the information you need.

All reports can be filtered by Time, Shift, Department, Workstation, Part, Operation, Machine, Feature, Specific Event (serial number, lot number, etc.) or custom category.  With Scheduled Reports, Reports can be built and scheduled to arrive in your inbox so that you can start your day with the information that you need in hand.

Every report can then be exported to Excel or any other data processing application via .xls or .csv files.

Spec Reports

Our Spec Reports offer aggregated data computing the statistics you need on near real time data. Each report is generated with a row representing each combination of identifiers, spec, specific event, and location. Those rows can be merged at any level or summarized in tiers in the final report.

OEE Reports

OEE stands for Overall Equipment Effectiveness. It is the product of three percentages: Availability, Performance and Quality. Each quotient has its own meaning as well.

Availability = UP time/Down or idle time
Performance = Actual Rate/Standard Rate
Quality = good parts/total parts

OEE = Availability X Performance X Quality

Raw Data Reports

Our Raw Data Reports come in 2 types (OEE and Variabel data) and offer a simple report of every reading taken and every piece of data associated with that reading at the time it was taken. These can then be exported and manipulated meeting every data need that might arise.
