CimStat®
CimStat® Factory WorkStations are built with
NEMA Rating in mind. These factory hardened
computers consist of hardware compatible with
older Metrscope modules as well as the new
Acquisition Control Module. The
touchscreen allows easy operator interface in a
familiar Windows 2000/XP/Vista operating
environment. A powerful computer system,
coupled with the experience and technology
of Factory Systems assures CimStat® to
be the best PC based Data Acquisition system
available.
The CimStat® has a NEMA 4X rating which means you can clean it off
with a hose. This heavy-duty, stainless steel enclosure is
perfectly sealed, allowing no dust, dirt or airborne oil inside,
which is great for tough environments.
The heatsink on the back of the CimStat® t®keeps the
internal components cool, ensuring operability in
extreme temperatures.
The connection interface features standard parallel and (2) serial connections,
keyboard and mouse ports, (1) USB port, external SVGA and Ethernet ports. All
connections are sealed, preserving the NEMA 4X rating of this enclosure.
Internally, one standard PCI slot is available and
custom cabling allows the ports on the expansion
card(s) to reach the (2) extra serial ports on the
connection interface.
