Overall equipment effectiveness
You can keep an eye on the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of your plant or department as well as the details regarding availability, performance and quality of
each machine. OEE Data is collected on the floor using the FSWorks Software. Machines can be connected using OPC, TCP/IP, RS-232 or by using discreet switches.

FSMonitor™ is a "global view," enterprise-wide SPC system, companion to our factory floor Statistical Process Control software. FSMonitor allows anyone, anywhere in the organization to see, in real-time, what may be happening in a plant, department or even an individual CimStat Workstation by drilling down to the desired level of view.
Statistical Process Control
FACS™(Factory Audit and Control System) offers the latest generation of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Software from Factory Systems LLC. This browser-based suite provides central management of factory floor SPC and quality control management information. Users can view real time graphs, chart data and run reports. Quality plans, setup information, process related data and communications for all your CimStat workstations.
Traceability & Tracking
FACS™ reports can also trace a single part identified by a unique serial number through each operation of the production process. Scanning a serial number in FSWorks™ allows for real time tracking of part location in a predefined workflow.
Gauge Interfaces
Factory Systems can interface with virtually any electric or electronic gauge on the market using our Acquisition and Control Module (ACM). Additionally, we can read many proprietary interfaces using the RS232 (serial port) for devices made by companies such as Solartron, Sony,Starrett, etc.
Industrial PCs
The CimStat® Industrial Computer is a factory-hardened computer designed for harsh environments. The Touch screen display, available in both 15 and 17-inch versions makes data collection much easier for the operator than fumbling with a mouse or keyboard, especially in oily environments.
